Mary's passion for her company is fueled by an early developed love for Shakespeare, performing, and storytelling! When Shakespeare on the Green folded, Mary wanted to bring back the valuable gift of free theater to her community. She loves to analyze scripts and find parallels, character backstories, and intricate, meaningful details. All of these she works to bring to light through her productions! Timeless stories survive because they hold a truth that always needs to be shared; they contain more details and meaning than you could ever find in just one reading (or viewing); and they carry shared human experiences that touch the audience (and the actors in the roles) in a heartfelt way, letting them know they are not alone in this world.
Her first performance was a ballet recital at 4-years-old; her first play was the following year (Cinderella), performed with a couple of friends in the living room. At 13, Mary made her first Shakespeare appearance as Jacques in the OHLC's (Omaha Homeschool Learning Center) production of As You Like It. As of 2026, she has performed in 10 of Shakespeare's plays, scoring roles like Caliban (The Tempest), Banquo (Macbeth), and Viola (Twelfth Night). She also appeared in handful of other shows through the OHLC from 2018 – 2025. She is now earning her Bachelor's degree in acting at John Paul the Great Catholic University.
Head of the Costume Department
Costume Designer
Casting Assistant
Evie has been working in the 3-D Theater costume department since the founding of the troupe in 2024. Her natural instinct for fashion and color-coding have produced astonishing costumes for all of the productions (one would be unable guess she had never seen the script for Hamlet and was relying entirely on her director's brief character descriptions for her first show). She loves using clothing and accessories to help illustrate a character's personality and relationship to the other characters, and she never runs out of new themes to illustrate onstage!
A homeschooler from the class of 2026, Evie is pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts at Metropolitan Community College. Since 7th grade, Evie has been appearing in multiple Shakespeare productions through the OHLC (Omaha Homeschool Learning Center), playing a large range of characters from Gregory the servant (Romeo and Juliet) to a witch (Macbeth), to a ditsy narrator (Twelfth Night), to Duchess Frederica (As You Like It). Her acting debut with 3-D Theater was in The Comedy of Errors as Adriana.
Assistant Director

Stage Manager

Casting Assistant
Bethany joined the troupe in 2025 as a stage manager for The Comedy of Errors. The position suited her to a T, and she decided to stick around; she also took on the role of assistant director. With her expanded title, Bethany helps interpret scenes for the actors, assists with blocking, and spends the majority of her time helping actors develop their characters in a realistic way.
Also a homeschool student, Bethany is proud to be a part of the team while still completing her high school education! She has had ample opportunities to hone her many theater-related skills through the OHLC (Omaha Homeschool Learning Center) as well. Her acting credits include Lady Macduff in Macbeth and a narrator in Twelfth Night, both produced through the OHLC. In addition to acting, Bethany has held multiple crew roles with the OHLC since 2024: head of the hair department, costume assistant, and stage manager.
